1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the Service.

2) Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information

3) Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple’s terms.
- Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are handled by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- We may offer trials or promotions at our discretion and may modify them as allowed by law.

4) User Content
You may be able to upload or submit content (e.g., goals, habits, images, notes) (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others’ rights.

5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse or interfere with the Service (hacking, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited)
- Bypass paywalls or security features
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate laws
- Upload malware or harmful code

6) Intellectual Property
The Service, including design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute it except as allowed by law.

7) Disclaimers
Arc provides tools for habit tracking and self-improvement. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee results, uninterrupted service, or that the Service will be error-free.

8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data arising from your use of the Service.

9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

10) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change features or update these Terms. If changes are material, we may provide notice (e.g., in-app). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles (unless your local consumer laws require otherwise).
